Before completing your purchase, please double-check your order details—such as size, design, and quantity—as we cannot process exchanges due to errors in these options. If you need to change your order, you can cancel it within 24 hours and place a new order with the correct details. For assistance, please contact our support team.
Canceling an Order
Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will incur a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order value.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 180 days of delivery. After this period, the order is considered final and no refunds will be issued. Returns and refunds are allowed under the following conditions:
Eligible for a refund/return:
Items arrive damaged or broken
Products are different in design, size or material than originally ordered
Incorrect items received
Significantly different from the product description
Not eligible for a refund/return:
Items that have been worn, washed or altered
Items that are defective through no fault of ours
Items without original labels
Items with minor thread issues that can be repaired
Note: All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping your return:
Send your return using a local courier or post office and include the carrier’s tracking number. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your return, your refund is typically processed within 2 business days. You will receive a full refund including the original shipping cost. If the delay lasts longer than 10–15 days, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance.
